GT Case Strategy Call
1-hour Zoom session £250
We begin with a review of your profile. Selected candidates are invited to a strategy call, where we validate eligibility in detail and define a clear positioning strategy for endorsement.
FOUNDER
Inessa Garder is a London-based artist with a background in architecture. Her work has been presented internationally, including exhibitions in Venice and art residencies across Europe. She holds Global Talent UK status in both Visual Arts and Architecture.
Her practice has taken her to live and work across India, Morocco, Italy and Indonesia, which shaped a cross-cultural perspective and the ability to work with clients internationally.
Since 2022, she has worked on over 100 Global Talent endorsement cases across arts, design, architecture, and tech: initially within an artist-led community, where she gained 3 years of extensive experience, and since 2025 through her own studio.
Her work sits at the intersection of creative practice and strategic positioning, allowing her to translate complex careers into clear, high-level cases.

Approach to Outcomes
We do not guarantee endorsement decisions, as these are made independently by the relevant endorsing bodies.
We work exclusively with cases that show strong potential, and refine them through rigorous positioning and case strategy. That’s why our success rate is high.
In the rare case of refusal, we review the feedback in detail and, where appropriate, support a reapplication strategy. Support following refusal is handled on a case-by-case basis.
NETWORK
Clients of Stage 1 Studio become part of a curated international network of artists, designers, architects and founders building their careers in the UK and beyond.
Many collaborations, introductions and long-term professional relationships emerge from this ecosystem.
Selected clients are supported in accessing relevant grant opportunities where applicable.

these artists have already completed this journey with us, and their stories prove that our approach truly works
I hesitated for a long time about whether to do it on my own or seek professional help. But I knew that in the UK, professional positioning has to be extremely clear: structure, wording, presentation. It was important to have someone who actually understood the art world. After a consultation with Inessa, it became clear what from my experience would work and what wouldn’t. In the end, we built a strong case, and I got the visa. Everything was focused and stress-free.
— Polina Epinatyeva, curator
The hardest part for me was getting the first letter of recommendation. It just so happened that I was performing at an event by a British music company, and they agreed to support me. Inessa helped me find the right approach to the referee and highlight our collaboration effectively. I communicated with the referee myself, but under her careful guidance — and it paid off: the letter was signed by the founder of a British company that runs concerts in over 400 cities worldwide. My case was awarded Exceptional Talent!
— Max Viner, singer-songwriter
When I came in, there was almost no time — everything had to be done before my Graduate visa expired. It seemed impossible. But Inessa responded immediately, and we planned everything out day by day. We moved in sync, in one smooth flow — and built the case in just 25 days. As a result, I got the visa and was able to continue my acting career with a new status, without even leaving the country!
The flagship project in my portfolio was a team effort — my name wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I didn’t know if that would be acceptable. During the first call, we went through how to present it in detail. Everything was explained to me, and I was guided through the process step by step. I didn’t understand anything about the paperwork — and I didn’t need to. I just did what I was told, and now I live in London.
— Nikita Mironov, video artist, cinematographer
At the consultation, Inessa said to me, ‘So what are you waiting for?’ And that was it. Things took off. After that, everything seemed incredibly simple. You go: is this difficult? No, it just needs to be done. And so it got done. Three years after moving, a complete turnaround: before, photo and video were content for clients, and now it’s art, it’s film. The move and the visa gave me the energy to grow. It all started with that first spark of energy, forward.
— George Kashcheev, cinematographer, photographer
I didn’t understand what kind of evidence was needed or how the whole process was supposed to be put together. The wording on official websites was unclear, and I had no idea where to start. The most valuable thing was having someone by my side who knew the field of architecture, spoke my language, and clearly understood how to structure such cases. We put everything together step by step.
